The Celestial Zone.21 Fan Fic Chpt 17: Upgrade, upgrade, upgrade! A reunion!?

Blogger's Notes: Are you all enjoying the stories? Pls leave your comments on the story so i know what you expect to happen in the story. Any questions on the story will entertained asap by me. For those who follow the actual story of the celestial zone, can you guess which part of the story am i at now?

"Wait a minute, you are telling me that you are the son of The Terminator? But why didn't my family database have any records of this?" Mira asked.

"Dad knew it was dangerous for me if anyone aside from the organization found out. And besides, we are not really blood related." J.Jay answered.

"So do you know how he terminates ESPers?" Ryu asked excitedly.

"I'm sorry Ryu, I do know but i am not going to reveal the secret unless Dad decides to tell you himself. He would be arriving to Singapore soon." J.Jay answered apologetically.

"Oh, I see. Well, I respect that." Ryu said.

"Ah, I am sorry to intrude but may I request a match with all of you?" Kakushi suddenly requested.

All eyes were on her.

"Are you sure? I mean, Jay here just treated your injuries last night." Ryu asked worriedly.

Kakushi nodded.

"Of course it wont be now. a few days later I suppose. I will visit soon. But I need to take my leave now." she said bowing. J.Jay bowed back.

After Kakushi left and everyone had settled down, J.Jay asked.

"You all aren't angry I kept this from you?"

"Not at all. After all, something like this cannot be revealed so easily. I understand." Mira replied.

"I agree. I won't have believed you in the first place." Ryu answered.

A few days later, Kakushi arrived for the match. They found a large secluded area and prepared to fight. Kakushi explained that it would be a one on one fight. Naturally it would span across a couple of days. Also, she explained that Achilles requested this match as a test for J.Jay's abilities and also his friends as a added bonus.

J.Jay was up first. Decided to start the ball rolling, he did not waste any time. Instantly, he activated his abilities and the mark of Libra appeared. In a flash, he had closed the distance between him and Kakushi. His right arm poised for an uppercut, he shouted as he executed the attack.

"Rozan Sho Ryu Ha!!"

Kakushi flipped back with incredible agility, feeling the wave of energy as it raised into the sky. Looking up, she saw an image of a dragon rising into the sky. I don't dare to imagine what would have happened to me if it actually connected. But now, a moments distraction could prove dangerous, she quickly counter attacked by firing several ESP shurikens at J.Jay.

Unable to get away in time, J.Jay took several shurikens head on. Shit, Sho Ryu Ha is a move that leaves me open for 2 seconds if the move does not connect. That's what I get for being careless. Getting back on his feet he was met with another onslaught of shurikens from Kakushi. Thinking fast, he activated another ability.

The sign of Virgo appeared.

"Kan!!" J.Jay shouted, placing his palms together.

In a flash of pink light which formed into a giant lotus bud enveloped J.Jay and began to bloom, its petals spreading outwards deflecting the shurikens away. Changing to long ranged tactics, J.Jay opened his palms, a ball of energy forming while the lotus barrier still stood as Kakushi fired shurikens again and again in an attempt to find a weak spot.

Cupping his hands in a meditative stance, the lotus barrier quickly reformed into an energy being shaped like a virgin on a horse. With a sword in hand, it dashed towards Kakushi.

"Tenma Kofuku!!" J.Jay shouted.

Nimbly, Kakushi avoided the attacks of the energy being and managing to swivel to its back, fired shurikens at both the being and J.Jay. Prepared, J.Jay dodged the shurikens while the being got pin cushioned with shurikens. Undeterred, the energy being turned around and continued swinging its sword at Kakushi.

Seeing as there is no other way, Kakushi had to use her Vacuum Sword Play to hack the energy being into pieces. Turning to J.Jay, she launched a full scale attack of slashes every where. Before long, J.Jay, being incapable of keeping up with the speed of attacks was cut many times.

Knowing that this would eventually result in his loss, he changed abilities again. This time, the Mark of Capricorn appeared. Knowing full well by now that a different sign meant some new ability, Kakushi attempted to slash J.Jay from over head to finish the match. In a surprise move, J.Jay raised his left arm as if to shield himself from the attack.

Unable to stop now, Kakushi feared that she would hack off J.Jay's arm. As the attack connected, Kakushi felt her Vacuum Sword hit something hard. Moving back, she saw that J.Jay's arm was still intact where his sleeve was cut by the Vacuum Sword.

"Excalibur..." J.Jay quietly spoke as he swung his right arm in a vertical arc at Kakushi.

Sensing something not right, Kakushi instinctively stepped to one side. Hearing a loud snap, she turned to see the tree standing behind her had split into half. Looking closer, she saw that the split was not natural, it was cut by something.

Excalibur...he has even got a weapon like attack, incredible. However, it has many flaws... Kakushi thought as she turned back to face J.Jay as he swung his limbs, sending waves of Excalibur at Kakushi who blocked them with her Vacuum Sword.

As J.Jay moved for another attack, Kakushi stopped the match.

"Enough. You have done very well in developing your powers but they have many flaws. The biggest flaw is that your attacks are too flashy. Before you begin, if your opponents have seen the attack before, they would be prepared for it. The other big flaw is that You can only use one style at a time and you are too slow in changing styles. Had we fought on, I may have been able to catch your timing and struck you when you were the most vulnerable." she commented.

"Yeah, I am working to speed up the transition from constellation to constellation. But...I never thought of the first flaw at all. All the while I have never had to face the same opponent twice...I have to put more thought to it." J.Jay acknowledged.

Kakushi nodded.

"Good, you have not let teacher down. He had high hopes for your progress and I am sure he would be pleased to know of your achievement."

While heading back, the 3 of them had discussions on how to improve on J.Jay's flaws. In the next couple of days, Mira and Ryu both had a match with Kakushi as well and the 3 of them eventually were able to develop new upgrades to improve their powers.

Then Kakushi said she had to meet an important person and left. The same day, J.Jay received word from Achilles that he had already arrived in Singapore and would try to find time to visit as soon as possible.

The Celestial Zone .21 Fan Fic Chpt 16: The truth, a shocking development!?

Blogger's Notes: So sorry for the lack of updates, i have taken up a one month job at Chinese Garden as a Lion Dance Performer. Its a very taxing job and by the time i get home at night, i am pretty much too beat to write anything. So as a special, today i will not only update one blog, i am going to update all of them!! so here goes!

"I will tell you everything, I swear..."

That was what Mira told J.Jay an hour ago after the escape of Doll Master. Since then, they had nothing but clean themselves up and sitting on the sofa in Ryu's apartment staring at each other.

Crossing his arms, J.Jay leaned back and tapped his feet impatiently. After a while Mira started to explain the situation to the 2 friends, from the time J.Jay chased after that Ruby character to the point when she decided to break up with J.Jay.

At the end of the story, J.Jay was completely silent... Mira looked at Ryu worriedly. Ryu shrugged his shoulders and shook his head, implying that he did not know what J.Jay was thinking at all.

"Why didn't you tell me this earlier?" J.Jay spoke in a soft voice.

"Because I know you...What you would have done would no doubt brought danger to yourself and I cannot stand to have you hurt because of me." Mira replied.

"So, its my fault that things turned out this way then?" J.Jay said.

"No, it was never your fault. It was my choice and I forced you to go along with me. Its my fault." Mira shook her head.

They spent another hour sorting things out.

"What will you do now that you have betrayed 'Hermes'?" Ryu asked.

"It doesn't matter anymore. I have already done the best I can collecting information without going against the organization's protocols." Mira replied.

"No, you are wrong. It matters now because you will be a target for their assassins and I won't let you get hurt." J.Jay replied indignantly.

"sigh...What would you have me do then?" Mira asked.

"You can move in with us..." J.Jay started before he was interrupted by Ryu.

"or you can rent the apartment just across us since its been empty for some time now." he said.

"I think I will rent the apartment then." Mira agreed.

J.Jay agreed as well and with their plans settled, Mira moved in within the next couple of days. One day, while reading the newspaper, J.Jay saw something that caught his attention.

It was a picture of a large crater in a park. The article read that specialist says that the crater is not possibly man-made and that despite the sunny weather, it was possible that a lightning strike caused it.

There is no way a lightning strike caused this...Its definitely the result of an ESPer power... J.Jay thought. Gathering both Mira and Ryu, they planned a visit to that place at night.

At dusk, the trio examined the scene and were completely shocked at the breath taking residue of ESP lingering the area. Who or what ever caused it must have been extremely powerful.

However, finding no clues or anything of interest, they left the scene and headed back. While passing a HDB flat, they heard some ESPer fighting and headed to the scene. When they arrived, all they saw was a naked woman pinned to the wall by icicles.

J.Jay and Ryu blushed at the sight and quickly turned around to look the other way. Mira quickly ran over and activating her powers, melted away the icicles. supporting the woman as he was released, Mira shouted at the guys to remove their shirts and cover the woman up.

Only exposing the injured part of the body, J.Jay quickly activated the Faculty of Mutation to close up the wounds while Mira kept the body warm to prevent the cells from dying of cold. Ryu took the post of patrolling the area to make sure they were alone.

After closing the wounds, Ryu carried the woman up to Mira's apartment and laid her on the bed. Returning to the other apartment, the 2 guys waited while Mira stayed with the woman.

When day broke, Mira came in the apartment with the woman following behind. Bowing at them she introduced herself.

"Ohaiyo Gozaimasu, my name is Kamiya Kakushi, I thank you all for helping me last night."

"Kamiya!? You don't mean you are Kamiya Kakushi who is also known as the ESP Ninja from the organization!?" J.Jay jumped out of his seat.

Kakushi looked taken back.

"H...How did you know? Do I know you from somewhere?" she asked.

"Ah...No, we have only just met but i have heard much from father about you." J.Jay replied.

Father? Who is he? Kakushi thought.

"Who is your father anyway?" she asked.

"Haha, you won't believe me even if I told you...He is Achilles, the ESP Terminator."
J.Jay replied.

"WHAAAAAT!!??" the others in the room exclaimed.

"You...you know Teacher? Then are you J.Jay?" Kakushi asked.

"Yeah, I am J.Jay. Dozo yorushiku, senpai!" J.Jay replied.

Mira and Ryu were utterly lost. My ex-boyfriend is the son of THAT ESP Terminator!? My friend has such a famous dad? Holy crap! What is about to happen now?

The Celestial Zone Fan Fic Chpt 15: Gaiden Part 3

Blogger’s Notes: Right on! Now are my holidays so I will try to triple my speed of updating. In case you were all wondering, how many constellations does J.Jay have? The answer is 12. By the Greek constellations, there are 12 of them revolving around the sun. Up till now, I have used Aries, Taurus, Leo, Cancer, and Scorpio. There are 7 more to go. This Chpt, u will be treated to maybe another 2 more constellation. Enjoy, and I will try to end the flashback by this chpt.

The punk shouted, “Can you catch me? Slowie!” taking off towards the specific area as though it was all planned. Looking back, the punk seemed pleased that J.Jay did not fall back, but was gaining on him.

“I swear I am going to tear this asshole apart!” J.Jay growled.

Reaching a secluded area, the punk turned around, posing a Sir Stamford Raffles Pose with a little smile on his lips. The area is nothing more than an empty space behind two warehouses on the riverside, an adequate place. Catching up a moment later, not at all looking breathless. J.Jay posed for the fight.

“Good, you’re looking good. Name’s Ruby, what’s yours?” Ruby asked, annoyingly polite.

J.Jay did not reply, merely made flapping motions with a single hand, a look of concentration on his face. Ice crystals shaped like snow flakes began to form in the air, the temperature around the area pummeled to the depths. The target punched out with his hand, a blast of icy cold wind started howling, blinding everything and pushing everything towards Ruby.

“Diamond Dust!!” he shouted, a glowing mark of Aquarius appearing in the air in front of him, then settling down to his body.

When the winds settled, Ruby was encased in an ice block, much like an ice coffin. “Spirits of Fire – Heat Skin!” Ruby said quietly amidst the howling winds. The diamond dust did not last even 5 seconds before exploding outwards. Ruby stood shaking his hands, as if shaking out water, his whole body glowing cheery red. Steam was rising from all over Ruby’s body. Ruby looked up with a smile, “You like it?”

J.Jay was taken back, finding it hard to believe Diamond Dust did not work on Ruby. He crossed his arms, preparing Great Horn in response to whatever Ruby had up his sleeves.

Ruby grinned, “Watch now!” and proceed to deactivate Heat Skin. Ruby’s eyes glowed red, clenching his fist and sprinting forward, “Akaiikugan, kai! Spirits of Wind – Cyclone Limbs!”

Ruby’s four limbs glowed green for a moment, then formed into green scales forming nicely into a set of gauntlets for the hands and greaves for the legs.

J.Jay was taken back as he lost sight of Ruby for a moment, raising his ESP perception abilities, J.Jay just barely managed to keep up with Ruby’s speed before flicking his arms out as he caught sight of Ruby’s widely grinning face at arm’s length. His arms glowed with another strange marking for an instant.

“Great Horn!!!”

A psychic shockwave in the form of a giant bull blasted out at Ruby, but was shattered after an instant of clashing with a bright green light from Ruby’s gauntlets. J.Jay’s eyes widen in surprise, as Great Horn was broken. The 2nd time his attacks were ineffective. However, they were evenly matched in power, as the gauntlets shattered upon contact with Great Horn, causing no damages whatsoever.

Ruby’s eyes glowed stabbing red for a painful moment when he came into contact with the Great Horn. When the gauntlets shattered, Ruby looked surprised for a split second before doing 3 consecutives back flips to get out of range of a sudden snap kick from J.Jay.

Not wanting to give Ruby a chance, J.Jay pointed at Ruby, the mark of Aries appearing in midair, spinning rapidly. Ruby became surrounded by a pillar of starlight.

“Starlight Extinction!!”

As Ruby began to fade away, he shouted, “Spirits of Fire - Fiery Reversal!”

The starlight burned up into nothingness, yet all it contained was a fiery image of Ruby.

“We are evenly matched, Jay. Yes I know your name. You passed! Don’t worry, I’m not your enemy. Should you want to find out more about me, ask around for Chiaki.” Echoed Ruby’s voice, laughing, daunting, mocking.

Staring around for the jerk, J.Jay tsked in frustration.

“Don’t let me catch you next time…or else…” J.Jay swore under his breath.

Back in the pub, Mira sat about anxiously, fretting over the ominously feeling she had. Hearing her message alert of her handphone, picking it up, she saw the message. It read:

“Mira, your next mission is to join the organization ‘Hermes’ and send information regarding it to Achilles. In order to avoid unnecessary trouble, you have to break up with your boyfriend by latest this week. Signed, WTB”

Mira’s eyes widen in disbelief. Break up with J.Jay? That’s the first time the organization has made such a request of its members. Surely there must have been some mistake. Sending a quick reply to WTB for confirmation, Mira waited in cold sweat for the reply.

When it arrived, Mira read it with trembling hands. Blood drained from her face when she saw the reply. Just then, a man with a moustache and a long pony tail arrived beside her. Giving her a curt bow, he introduced himself.

“Good evening, Mira Lelaine, my name is Chris, Chris the Magician. Mind if I take the seat beside you?”

Chris the Magician!? What is he doing here? Mira gave a quick nod of her head and Chris took the seat.

“Judging from your looks, it seems you have heard of me. That would make this a lot easier. So I would cut straight to the point. I am offering you a chance to join ‘Hermes’. It is a great organization but I will not reveal too much. If you are interested, I can tell you more after you have joined us.”

You have got to be kidding me…Mira thought. Talk about speak of the devil, what were the odds that she would be approached minutes after receiving her mission? What should I do? Mira’s mind raced for ideas. I am not ready yet, I need more time.

“Chris, this is so sudden…I am really not sure how to answer you. Could I have some time to think about it please? I will give you an answer by the end of the week.” Mira pleaded.

“Oh, of course, it was rude of me to have sprung this on you. Sure, I can wait until then. I hope to hear good news from you…For your sake…” Chris replied, smiling.

“Here, I will give you my number so you can contact me earlier if you wish.” Chris said before he left the seat.

Turning around, Chris was met with J.Jay, obviously green with jealousy. Smiling, Chris left, bumping into J.Jay, only to find himself suddenly enveloped in a deadly presence that he felt was all too familiar. Whipping around he tried to find the source but the only one near him was J.Jay.

Unnerved by this presence, Chris quickly fled the scene. Once outside, he heaved a huge sigh of relief… such a suffocating presence, he had only felt it from one other person, Tai Yi Dao, leader of ‘Hermes’.

Back inside, J.Jay remained silent, standing still as a statue. Mira merely stared back. Deciding to break the silence, she said:

“Look, he was not flirting with me ok? He was only here for less than 5 mins…”

But before she could finish, J.Jay shook his head.

“Don’t bother, I trust you. And…and…” he stuttered. “I am sorry for everything I said just now.”

“Don’t mention it…I never took it too hard.” Mira reassured him.

After that, they left the pub, Mira feeling heavy in her heart…… All week long, she could not concentrate, could not sleep nor eat properly. The thought of breaking up with J.Jay wore her down. Before, she knew it, the one week was up and she made a painful choice.

That fateful night 2 months ago, she broke up with J.Jay, bringing a start to the events that have occurred and tearing J.Jay apart.

Back to the present,

“Mira!!! I want answers and you are going to give it to me!!” J.Jay screamed.

“Haiz……Calm down first, J.Jay…”Mira sighed.

“Fuck you!! How the fuck do you expect me to fucking calm…” J.Jay began.

In a flash, Mira landed one of her famous jump kicks right smack on his face and J.Jay fell flat on his butt. Trying to get up, he realized how beat up and tired he was so he just sat there, trying to recover some strength.

“I am sorry J.Jay, I promise, I will tell you and Ryu everything…I swear, everything.” Mira said.

New Blog Up

Ok, the 3rd blog is up. I had trouble because i could not think of a good name for it. I still think the name is kinda weird but i will let it slide. look forward to the first chapter and new chapters on the way!

New Blog up and the next coming!!

Well, i said i would come up with a new story so here it is!

For you to know, i have another blog here http://legendofsword.blogspot.com/ There is no relation whatsoever between these 2 even as another blog coming up soon. Do not fear, it does not mean that i wont be posting here anymore!

Therefore, i will be having 3 stories ongoing. Do be patient as it might take some time to update. also, if any one is interested in drawing do let me know as i am looking for artists to draw pics if needed to facilitate understanding for the story.

Now look forward to the first chapter and the next blog, which i will post probably tomorrow or the day after.

Competition results and new story possibly coming?

Right, first off, i did not do as well as i had hoped. but i am not ashamed because the other competitors were really really strong. But i think most of you wanna know the actual results right? So here it is, i got 8.13 points out of a total of 10 points.

The difference?

Several opponents got 8.3 or 8.4 onwards. as you see, even a 0.2 difference gives a gold or silver medal to your opponents. Gotta work harder for next year then.

Oh, and the new story? I am planning to write both fanfiction and a story of my own at the same time so readers will have more chapters to look forward to.

Sure, i said original but in a sense, i am still borrowing other people's work, namely several well known comics and animations.

Now, don't go all :"Jeremy 'Jay'! You lousy no good lazy bum! Get your own work!!" on me yet. I have done my homework okay? I am merely borrowing aspects and not the whole thing so the overall thing would still be an original conception of mine.

Right, now, did i say a new story? I forgot to mention the sudden brainwave i just had so make it possibly 2 new stories coming!

Eh-Hem! *Cleans himself up*

Okay, quick review on the stories. Pls note, they are work in progress, so therefore, subjected to change. The review is to whet your appetite for the possible stories.

First Story:
Based also in Singapore, the story follows a young man's journey through NS, discovering many deadly secrets and the power hidden within him! First he is fighting for just his country, but as things go out of control, he finds the fate of the world hanging in the balance... what will happen to him and all the people he meets? Special appearence: The Phoenix Force!!

Thats as much i can provide without spoiling the story......maybe i will reveal the main character's name: Joey 'Joe' Kaine Tan.

He is an American-Chinese, American on hs father's side. Lived in America for 8 yrs before migrating to Singapore. Wasn't exactly the most popular kid around, often getting into fights and doing poorly in school. This often resulted in his father giving him a good beating, slowly developing into abuse as his father found it hard to hold a proper job. eventually his father was killed in an accident at a construction site and his life got worst. Only completing secondary school, he had to enter NS and thats when his life got complicated.

Phew, damn, I got carried away. Ah well, the second review then.

Second Story:
In a world quite like ours now, the denizens strangely have not invented advance weaponry despite modern buildings, technology. Instead, they still use sword and shields, spears and axe, and......Mystical Swords!? In this world, there are people who possess swords imbued with powers from the divine beings that brought life to all creation. However, possession of one such sword does not mean you can wield it, the sword chooses its user, and these people are known as simply "Nesohc fo Sdrows" which means chosen people of the swords. However, where there is light, there is dark. Evil creatures known as Xoarks roam the land and threaten the very existance of the world. This story follows the trials and tribulations of 3 youths, the young man who is to destroy creation, the youth who was chosen by the people as savior of the world and the maiden who brings life to flowers and finds herself caught in between.

Main Characters:

Kenichi Taino / Arl Asterio / Shin Maou aka True Demon King / The Destroyer

Owner of the demon sword, Sealed sword of Chaos Destruction: Ma Ha Ou, the heirloom sword of the king of the Xoarks. How he came to be in possession of it is unknown but he clearly has a past he does not wish to reveal. Travelling the world alone, the very sight of the sword has earned him many unfounded ill-treatments from the people of the cities he has visited. Prophecy has told that when the possesor of the demon sword has appeared, the world would be plunged into chaos and despair and only when the saint sword has appeared, its possessor shall cut through the darkness and destroy the cause of all evil. There in lies the reason for which this young man to be feared.

Teresa Claire von Schneider / The Flower Goddess

Owner of the Sword of the 8-Flower Maiden. She works as a free lance dancer for many places and is well known for her abilities in dance. Rumor has it that she once brought a withered garden back to life just through her dancing alone. But like thay said, a beautiful rose belies the fact that it has thorns, this lady is equally deadly with that sword in her hands. Also, behind that gently exterior hides a burning passion for revenge against the one who slaughtered her family like pigs, the one who has a strange mark on his back, yellow eyes and a mystical sword.

Saiyol Renshii / The Savior

Owner of the Sword of Judgemental Light. Since birth, this youth has had to bear the burden of being the "One". In his adolescence, he has had to learn the proper use of a sword, forced to do everything his parents wished, just to be the "One" everyone desired. Slowly, he grew to resent all things evil, especially, The Destroyer, the root of his misery. Eventually, he grew up to have a twisted sense of justice. For the case of people who have done wrong, even minor ones, have been the victims to his extreme belief that all evil doers must be punished or even destroyed for the sake of mankind.

Competition date and reminder

Hi all! i have found out the date for my competition. its on sunday 1.40pm. i am the ninth guy to go up. the competition grounds is at toa payoh sports hall. to get in though, u need to buy tickets, $10per ticket though i dont recall something like this last year... some new regulation i suppose?

also, a reminder that the contest deadline is 31st august and do spread the word to your friends... especially thouse who love drawing or are also fans of the celestial zone!! Thank you all for you support so far!!

Call to artists!!

hi all, i am still working on the next chapter amidst my exams so it might take a while, not to mention the wushu competition coming up at toa payoh sports hall from next week monday. i am not sure yet of the day i am competing but i will keep ya all updated. may be if u come and watch, u might see me there!

but i digress, as u might have read in the chat box, one of my juniors has requested that pics be added into the fanfic. i would draw the pics myself, but it would be the end of the world by the time i am done, pray that does not happen, so i have opened this up to all readers who also have confidence in drawing.

but i will onli pick one person to draw for me, so what i will do is hold an art contest. closing date is the 31st of august this month. you have to draw a character, it can be J.Jay, Mira, Ryu or even Narcius aka Trap Master.

The Celestial Zone.21 FanFic Chpt 14: Gaiden-About 3 months ago Part 2

Blogger’s Notes: So sorry for the delay... Today is the day my friend, stymr goes to NS... Good luck to him! In view of that, He and I have agreed to have our stories linked so this chapter will be reference to that. Okay, here is the second part of the past between J.Jay and Mira. Hopefully u all won’t find it boring. Right, here goes!

Half a year has past since then. Now, J.Jay and Mira are actively dating. If anyone could call it dating. All they were doing during dates are revision for the final year ‘O’ levels and Mira was tutoring J.Jay.

One day in the teacher’s lounge, J.Jay’s Form teacher, Mrs Lee was sitting around resting before her next lesson. In came the Disciplinary Master with a rather perplexed look.

“Mrs Lee, is something wrong with J.Jay? The entire week he has not been late for school, talked back or gotten into any fights. He didn’t even lift a finger when I gave him a telling off for sitting on the balcony.”

“Well, not only that. His results have even improved by 6 grades and he is even helping the other students in class.” Mrs Lee proudly announced.

A loud crash was heard just outside the door. Another teacher overheard the conversation and dropped his coffee cup. Mrs Lee chuckled. Who would’ve thought that a prefect could subdue and tame the worst student in school?

Before long, the final results of the ‘O’ levels were out and J.Jay eagerly awaited his results. If he could get 12 points, Mira promised to be his girlfriend officially and go out on proper dates with him.

As his turn arrived, J.Jay was so nervous he slipped and fell flat on his butt. Mrs Lee just patiently waited for him and when he was ready, she began:

“When I first got you in my class I have thought to myself, you are better than this but how to make you shine? I have tried many things but it never worked. But you have shown that you are capable of picking yourself up. Congratulations.”

Then she handed J.Jay his certificate. Looking at it, J.Jay’s eyes widen and he was in a shock. Suddenly, he made a whoop in the air and went around the hall in joy, doing all sorts of acrobatics in frenzy.

Spotting Mira in the crowd, he ran over to her. Beaming a smile wider than any that anyone had ever seen before, he raised his certificate to her proudly. Staring at the paper, Mira remained silent.

“I have kept my end of the bargain, now it’s your turn.” J.Jay said.

Without another word, Mira grabbed J.Jay’s head and planted a passionate kiss on his lips. The entire hall fell silent. All eyes were on the two, when they finally parted, the hall erupted with cheers and whistles at the daring display of affection between the unlikely couple.

“That was a present for getting 9 points instead of 12.” Mira explained.

J.Jay, still stunned by the kiss, just stared at her, and then returned the favor with another short kiss. Then the two of them turned to leave for their first proper official date.

Time jump to 3 and a half yrs later…

Now, J.Jay and Mira have been dating for over 3 yrs. While they normally get along, they have quite a few arguments lately. The reason for these arguments are because recently, J.Jay has had been late for several dates and more often than not, he is also bruised as if he has gotten into a fight.

Worried, Mira had been nagging him to tell her what had happened but J.Jay always refused to tell her. Upset that J.Jay seemed to be reverting back to his old character, Mira often chided J.Jay and caused them to start arguing. Though after a few days, they always patched up despite the seriousness of their quarrels.

In reality, J.Jay as you know is an ESPer and recently, he has had a breakthrough in his training after 3 yrs of hard work. Originally stucked at B-class ESP, he was getting anxious about not being able to proceed further and thus, it was affecting his training.

However, as time passed, after his time with Mira, he found his training seemed to be proceeding slowly… Mira’s presence in his life has helped him to calm down and as he became more stable, so did his powers grow at a steady rate until eventually, he just broke through his limits and was on the verge of attaining A-class ESP.

But, such power comes at a price. His breakthrough had caused several unruly ESP organizations to take notice of his presence and wanted J.Jay to join them, willingly or by force. As such, these confrontations led to many ESP fights and resulted in his current state. Afraid that he might get Mira involved if she knew about it, J.Jay remained quiet at the expense of their recent quarrels.

Unbeknownst to him though, Mira was aware of the whole situation. She however remained silent because she hoped J.Jay would tell her instead of her revealing she had known along. Why? That’s because Mira herself was an ESPer.

The very moment J.Jay achieved his breakthrough, she had realized that her boyfriend was also someone like her, an ESPer. From then on, she kept an eye on him to make sure he was alright. For she had sensed that despite his strong potential, J.Jay’s powers were still a far cry from hers, she being an A-class ESPer, no matter how new she was to being an A-class.

Of course, an interesting fact to note is that Mira is from a long line of ESPers. Not to mention that they are the so called “Pure Breed” ESPers. The whole family is made up of ESPers. They believed in inter-breeding so every member must start a family with an ESPer to make sure the bloodline remains pure so as to ensure each generation will produce offspring much more powerful than the predecessors.

As such, Mira knows that J.Jay is in danger of being targeted by ESPers more powerful than him now that they know that he has the potential to become extremely powerful. So Mira took on the role as a silent angel watching J.Jay’s back in the dark.

Then one night, the 2 of them decided to go into a pub for a drink and have fun. After a while, J.Jay left Mira alone to visit the washroom. All by herself, Mira sat patiently awaiting his return when a young man with broad shoulders, standing at 1.77m tall, crowned with thick wavy natural jet black hair carefully mused and a boyishly handsome face approached her from a table a short distance away.

“Hey Babe,” he said.

Turning to face him, Mira examined this stranger and scoffed at his display of flirtatiousness. Nevertheless, it’s beneath her to ignore someone who has addressed her so she just gave him a curt nod of the head.

Taking it as a good sign, the stranger occupied J.Jay’s sit without asking and began to flirt with Mira. Though annoyed at the man’s behavior, Mira tried to ignore him. When the man saw that Mira was not responsive to his approaches, he tried something different.

“Ok, its seems like you are a tough nut to crack so I am going to play a guessing game with you.” He said confidently. “The punishment is 1 full glass of tiger beer. The one who reaches 10 glasses loses. If I lose, I will leave you alone. But if I win, you have to go on a week’s date with me.”

Thoroughly irritated now, Mira accepted the challenge and began playing with the stranger. I will not describe the game as it extremely tedious so I will just jump to the score board. Before she knew it, Mira had 7 glasses on her side and the stranger only had 4 glasses. By then, Mira was feeling a little tipsy and is starting to make mistakes.

The stranger grinned widely as he knew he was about to win and that he would have another beautiful girl swooning for him soon. That very thought made his heart race and he was eager to finish the game when suddenly……..

“Get away from my girl, punk ass.” J.Jay hollered and stared at him.

The stranger looked up, grinning amiably and lifting up his hands in a surrendering gesture,

“Hey man, be nice. You were out on the dance floor, dude. I’m just entertaining a lonely girl, that’s all. No harm done.”

“That doesn’t give you the right to play with my girl, punk. Wise up, or you’ll get hurt.” J.Jay growled his face a thunder cloud.

Smiling, Ruby looked at J.Jay and slowly backed away. Moving back to his circle of friends who came with him, they cheered him, and J.Jay glared at them all the way. Turning back to Mira, he sat down.

“What the hell did you think you were doing!?” He hollered.

Mira was taken back, J.Jay’s reaction was not what she had expected.

“Hey, I was only trying to get rid of him okay? He was flirting with me and playing that game was the fastest way to make him get lost!”

J.Jay could not accept that. Pangs of jealousy rose in him the moment he saw Mira with another man on his seat and flirting with her.

“That’s not good enough Mira! You could have ignored him and waited for me to get back! Why didn’t you think of that!?”

“What!? You self-centered jerk! How can you say that? I did it because I am true to you and yet you…..”

Mira was furious. How could J.Jay be so insensitive? Sure, granted anyone would feel jealous but this is absurd. After all, they have been dating for almost 4 yrs now. Well, J.Jay actually regretted what he had just said but his pride as a man would not allow him to apologize.

“Whatever!! After this drink, we are going home, whether you like it or not!”

“You…..! Argh!! I can’t believe you!” Mira just sat there pouting.

Unknown to them, the stranger just now was looking in their direction. Mira suddenly felt as if something was not right but she couldn’t place what. Beside her, J.Jay gave a jump as if something had poked him.

“Hey! I changed my mind. Let me have the girl. After all, you suck, big time.” The stranger called out gleefully.

J.Jay whipped around to face him, glaring as if his stare could kill. Taunting him, the stranger turned and ran off. Growling, J.Jay gave chase and that was when Mira realized, that was what she felt out of place.

“J.Jay! Wait!! Don’t go after him…..!” Mira cried. But it was too late…..

The Celestial Zone.21 Fan Fic Chpt 13: Gaiden-About 3 months ago Part 1

Blogger’s Notes: Hi hi everyone! Very long overdue update, I apologies again. But for this update, I will be writing a chapter detailing more about Jay and Mira’s relation ship with each other. Now read on!

“Mira!! I want answers and you are going to give them to me!” J.Jay shouted, his thought filled with rage. But now let us move back to approximately 4 yrs and 3 months ago……

J.Jay was still in a Neighborhood Secondary School, Deyi Secondary School. He was, so to speak your typical ‘Ah Beng’, or gangster character doing his 5^th year in sch instead of the usual 4 years other students do because of his grades and attitude.

It was the start of the new school year and already J.Jay had landed himself in trouble. Some twit from another school pissed him off and they got into a fight. Although J.Jay had ESP, he had been properly disciplined by Achilles never to use his ESP against a normal person, therefore, he would often resort to physical violence.

Anyway, needless to say, J.Jay creamed the whole group despite their overwhelming numbers compared to him and was walking off triumphantly when he saw that the whole scene was witnessed by 2 girls from his school.

“Shit!” he thought to himself. Stomping towards the girls so menacingly, that one of the girls was practically shaking in her skirt. Staring at them with that pair of striking blue eyes that seemed to pierce through the girls.

“You 2 bitches didn’t see anything right!?” he shouted at them, hoping to silence them.

“Yes, Yes!! We didn’t see anything!!” one of them screamed. When she saw that her friend did not speak up, “Tell him Mira! Tell him you did not see anything!” she urged. Obviously, J.Jay’s reputation in school is really bad and either Mira was too stunned or just plain dumb to keep silent.

However, J.Jay was losing patience and disregarding that the other party was a girl, grabbed her by the cuff of her uniform and lifted her off the ground. Promptly, Mira raised her right hand and soundly gave J.Jay a tight slap across the cheek that seemed to echo throughout the entire HDB flat.

Stunned, J.Jay dropped Mira of which, she jumped. So lightly she jumped, as if she were a feather, J.Jay just stared mesmerized and was rewarded with a double foot kick right in the face. By then, Mira’s friend had already fainted with shock.

Staring straight at Mira, J.Jay just sat on the floor, suddenly very weak in the knees. He had never in his life been hit by a girl this hard before nor had he felt this way about a girl. Sure, he had flirted with a few girls in the past but never had they left such a lasting impression on him.

“Are you quite finished with your barbarism?” Mira asked.

Looking at Mira, J.Jay merely nodded.

“Good, now get over here and help me with Claire.” she ordered.

Meekly, J.Jay walked over and lifted Claire up on his shoulder and started walking to school with Mira. Halfway, Claire woke up and made a din about being carried on the back of the most notorious boy in school.

When they reached the school gate, the Disciplinary Master was there to greet them. After all, they were late and he would not miss a chance to punish J.Jay again and again.

“Well, what do we have here? The Head and Vice-Head prefect are late for school along the scum of society.” He scorned.

“I am sorry, sir but could you please excuse us this once? Some hooligans from another school harassed us but J.Jay happened to be passing by and helped us out.” Mira lied.

“Really?” the Disciplinary Master was doubtful, but knowing that Mira was well known for being honest, he decided to let it slide just this once.

“Fine then, head to class. J.Jay, I want you to go to the infirmary at once to get cleaned up. Tell them you were sent by me to avoid suspicion.” Disciplinary Master dismissed them and went on his way.

The next day, J.Jay reached school especially early and went to Mira’s class to look for her. This caused quite an uproar, the most unruly boy in the school, looking for the most refined girl in school? Sounds like some ludicrous remake of beauty and the beast.

“What is it? I don’t suppose u have come to apologies for yesterday’s behavior?” Mira asked.

“No- I mean, yes, I would like to apologize and umm…” J.Jay stammered, clearly uneasy about the situation and Mira’s bluntness with him.

Amused, Mira just looked at him intently and kept quiet. Suddenly, J.Jay pushed a note with something folded inside into her hands and just ran off. Staring at his back, she opened the note and looked at its content curiously.

Inside, the note only stated that he wanted to hear her reply at the HDB block where they met yesterday and attached is a laminated 4-leafed clover and a picture of a boy and girl holding hands inside a heart shape.

Blushing, she turned around and saw that her entire class was staring at her, straining to see the content of the note. Ignoring them, she went on as if nothing happened. That day, she refused to go and see J.Jay.

But day after day, J.Jay came to her and gave her the same note, only without the 4-leafed clover. Finally, she decide to take a look. That afternoon, she went to the void deck and peeked over the corner and saw J.Jay waiting there. Feeling her heart started to pound extremely fast, Mira turned and left the place.

A few days later, after her CCA practice, Mira headed home. Passing by that void deck, she peeked over and to her utter surprise, J.Jay was still there! Finally making up her mind, Mira tidied herself up to go and see him when she heard familiar voices.

Looking over, she saw the same group of hooligans that J.Jay beat up a while ago. Only this time, they were at least twice as large a group and armed with baseball bats.

“Pay back time you ass!!” they shouted.

Mira waited to see how J.Jay would react.

J.Jay did not say a word or make a move. Just sitting there.

Seeing him motionless, the whole gang set themselves on him, bludgeoning and raining blows on him. It went on for a while and finally, Mira could not stand by any longer. She walked from her cover and gave the nearest guy a jump kick on the back of the head.

Stunned, the gang stared at the intruder. Surprised it’s a girl, they froze on the spot. Taking the opening, Mira pounced forward and using and interesting blend of karate, taekwondo and judo, beat off the gang.

Going over to J.Jay, she checked him and saw that he was smiling.

“Hi there. What a sight for sore eyes huh?” he quietly said.

“You idiot, why did you just stay there like complete dummy?” Mira asked.

“I promised myself not to get into another fight until I hear your answer.” J.Jay replied.

At that moment, Mira realized that even though he is notorious for being rude and unruly, he actually has another side to himself. People are so judgmental by looks, they overlook the real person inside. Mira felt so stupid for making that mistake herself. Deep within, she felt a weird sensation coming from her heart.

For some reason, Mira felt that if she was with J.Jay, she would feel complete, as if at that moment, he had become a part of her. It was at that moment, the 2 of them would become closely entwined in their fates.

The Celestial Zone.21 Fan Fic Chpt 12 : Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon! The showdown between Dolls and Dragons

Blogger’s Notes: Yes! I am finally able to update. Ryu makes his first official debut in this chapter hope u will enjoy it. It may be tough for readers who have no prior knowledge to yu gi oh so I apologize before hand. And for the fans of Blues eyes white dragon, feast on the awesome might of the dragons!! Whahahaha! To the chapter then!

Knocked almost senseless by Burstinatrix, Ryu shook his head to clear it. Shit, I am too far from J.Jay! He thought. Just then, Burstinatrix had already closed in and on the attack. Prepared this time, Ryu managed to grab her out stretched arm and flipped her over with a judo throw.

Sensing someone catching up from behind, Ryu quickly ran for cover among the trees nearby. Sneaking a glance from behind a tree while taking out his deck, Ryu saw that the masked man had arrived. Anxiously, knowing that his cover would be blown very soon, Ryu fumbled through his deck for THAT card.

“What may I ask are you looking for? Hmmm?” said a cold voice from behind the tree.

Ryu froze in shock, unable to move. Suddenly, the tree behind him blew up, sending him sprawling across the floor. Recovering with a roll, Ryu countered by picking a card…..from his empty hand!?

Wide eyed, Ryu stared at his palm then saw that his cards had been scattered in the explosion. Doll Master was slowly making his way towards Ryu, a wide grin on his face, behind him Burstinatrix followed.

Keeping his eyes fixed on them, Ryu grabbed a few cards from beneath his feet and quickly glanced at them. He winced. Not one of them could be used……trying again, he picked up a few more cards. By then his opponents were less then a metre from him.

Glancing, he felt slight relief. Finally, something I can use! Concentrating hard, he started to glow. Amused at what Ryu is doing, Doll Master stopped in his tracks and waited. Flashing the card to them, something flew out and was headed straight for Doll Master.

Jumping back, Doll Master easily avoided the attack and took a good look at what attempted to assault him. Before his very eyes, a tiny dragon the size of a child was flying about.

“Baby Dragon! Baby Flame!!” Ryu shouted.

Turning his head, Doll Master was caught off guard by Ryu’s shout and did not notice the dragon open its mouth and fired a ball of flame at him. Just before Doll Master got hit, Burstinatrix quickly fired an energy shot that extinguished the flame.

“Be careful You idiot!” she shouted.

Ryu took the moment that they were unfocused and quickly scanned the floor for THAT card. Seeing it on the floor just next to Doll Master’s foot, he pounced on it like a wild animal and grabbed Doll Master’s leg causing him to fall on his face.

Rolling away, Ryu stood and concentrated again. As Burstinatrix attempted to attack him, she found herself slamming into something big. Stepping back, she gave a quick gasp as she saw a giant white dragon towering over her.

Swinging its massive tail, the dragon swept Burstinatrix off her feet and a few metres away. Just then, Doll Master had gotten back on his feet and saw the giant dragon.

“Well, I must say this is quite impressive!” he praised.

“Burst Stream of Destruction!!” Ryu cried.

The dragon opened its jaws and a giant ball of energy formed. Doll Master could practically feel the energy crackling in the air as this ball was fired in a large stream, straight at him. Any normal ESPer would had died from such an attack.

If Doll Master were an normal ESPer……as the smoke cleared, Ryu saw Doll Master standing there, unscathed at all.

“No way…… That was a full powered Burst Stream……” Ryu said.

“True, but even so, with a barrier strong enough, I can protect myself.” Doll Master replied.

Raising his arms, string-like things appeared from his fingers and at the end of each of these string things started to grow a mass of disgusting looking goo that slowly took form. Before long, Doll Master was surrounded by 10 humanoid shapes that had masks on their faces.

“I must say, you have an interesting concept of materializing dragons from your imagination. Whereas I, take delight in manipulating bodies like dolls.” Doll Master commented.

“So, you are going to say it’s a Puppet Fight huh?” Ryu finished.

“Indeed. Dolls versus Dragon. Please make it interesting…” Doll Master said.

“Don’t regret it then!” Ryu shouted, his white dragon making the first move by firing a shot at Doll Master.

Reacting in kind, with a flick of his finger, a Doll jumped into the path of the ball and took the brunt of the attack, exploding, reforming moments later. Flicking another finger, another Doll leapt towards Ryu which was promptly kicked in the gut by Ryu.

Before long, the entire battle was a mess, Ryu beating the crap out of Dolls which gets up relentlessly, the dragon firing balls of energy and Dolls jumping in the way. However, Doll Master was obviously at the advantage. He had not even moved a step since the fight began, only his fingers.

Panting, Ryu knew the fight was against him. It wont be long before he gets beat down by the overwhelming forces of Doll Master. Thinking hard, he jumped out of the mob of Dolls and landed on the dragon’s back.

Looking around, he searched for something. Finally finding it, he soared away from Doll Master. Not wanting to lose this chance, Doll Master gave chase, not realizing that by now, Burstinatrix should have caught up and should be assisting him as per planned.

Where is she now? Sitting on a tree branch watching the whole fiasco.

As Doll Master gave chase, he saw that Ryu seemed to land at certain areas and take off again after a while. Knowing that Ryu might be up to something, he braced himself for what ever he could throw.

However, Doll Master was not too worried as he believed that this white dragon was Ryu’s strongest fighting force. Finally, Ryu landed and waited for Doll Master to catch up. Knowing that Ryu was ready to finish things once and for all, Doll Master readied himself.

“Finally giving up boy? After all, controlling 1 dragon is not enough. In such a fight, the one who controls more puppets wins. And I clearly am superior to you.” He said.

“Is that so? Doll Master was it? You said before this fight that it was Dolls versus Dragon, what makes you so sure that I can only control 1 dragon at a time?” Ryu retorted.

Doll Master’s eyes widen. Impossible, did I make a mistake? No, it must be a hoax!

Seeing disbelief in Doll Master’s eyes, Ryu merely scoffed.

“Seeing is believing like they always say. Take a good look then!” raising his hand, there were 2 more Blue Eyes White Dragon cards and flashing, 2 more dragons appeared bringing the total dragon count to 3!

3 dragons! 1 Blues Eyes has so much power, now there are 3! Incredible!

“No way, I have seen you in action before, there is no way you could control 3 at a time!” Doll Master exclaimed.

“Before, yes you are right. But thanks to J.Jay, I have made leaps and bounds in my mastery and can control 3 dragons at ease!”

“Ha!! I can handle 1 dragon without breaking a sweat, I can definitely handle 3!” Doll Master cried.

“True, but there is a special trick to Blue Eyes White Dragons. Individually they are powerful, but combined, I can unleash a new power from them at once!” Ryu said.

Making swirling motions with his hand, the bodies of the dragons started to distort and warp towards the center of the swirl. Appearing out of the distortions, a Blue Eyes White Dragon with 3 heads!!

“Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon! The amalgamation of 3 Blue Eyes! With this, its firepower is exponentially increased, for a total of 9X its normal firepower!” Ryu thrusted his hand forward, signaling the dragon to attack.

A bright flash followed by a humongous beam flew towards Doll Master. Mustering all his strength, he quickly sent all his Dolls to cover him. If he can survive this attack, victory would be his.

Fueled by this thought, he stood firm against the impact, resulting in a draw, the attack not getting through, but he lost all his Dolls at the same time. Laughing to himself, he used his remaining energy to create 2 more Dolls, his limit, to attack Ryu.

Through the smoke, Ryu was exhausted but he knew that Doll Master was going to make an attack and he could not gather enough ESP to prepare another shot. With whatever was left, he quickly split Blues Eyes Ultimate Dragon back to 3 Blue Eyes White Dragons and sent them through the smoke.

Doll Master was completely unprepared for the arrival of 3 Blue Eyes White Dragons from the veil of smoke and was about to be defeated when suddenly, the dragons vanished. It was as if they were never there at all.

The smoke cleared and Doll Master saw Ryu sitting on the ground, panting. Ryu had run out of ESP at that critical juncture!

“I have to admit, you are a magnificent fighter. But my job is to finish you off. Pity really.” Doll Master lamented about to finish Ryu off when he was blasted from behind.

Roaring in pain, he turned and saw Burstinatrix with her hand raised and directed at him.

“Woman! What do you think you are doing!” he roared.

“Isn’t it obvious? I am the one you are looking for.” She simply replied.

“The Sorceress…” Doll Master said in realization. They had been tricked by this woman.

“That’s right. Now to finish you off for all you misdeeds!” She said.

But before she could make the finishing move…

“MIRA!!!!!!!”

She turned at the shout, giving Doll Master the chance to escape. Turning back, Mira saw that her quarry had escaped. Cursing to herself, she prepared for the next problem on the way. Finally finding his friend, J.Jay faced Mira.

“Mira! I want answers and You are going to give them to me!!” he screamed.

The Celestial Zone.21 Fan Fic Chpt 11 : I Want Answers

Blogger’s Notes: Right now, finally, an update! Bet you were all waiting to murder me for my tardiness, but now u cant cause I am now back with the next chpt! On another note, I have a friend who has also written another fanfic for the celestial zone and J.Jay has a guest role in it so pls every one, follow this link to his blog and read away! And he updates more regularly than I too. Now, to the chapter!

“Damn it! Why are you here!” screamed J.Jay.

“What!? You know this person?” Ryu looked at J.Jay in surprise.

Without another word, Burstinatrix snapped out her hand and Ryu felt an incredible force slam into him and pushed him far from J.Jay. Chasing Ryu relentlessly, Burstinatrix fired burst after burst of energy at Ryu until they were but shadows in the distance.

“What all you waiting for!! Finish the boy off!!” Doll Master roared at his subordinates as he turned to assist Burstinatrix.

Snapping out of the shock they had at J.Jay’s outburst, the remaining 3 masters circled J.Jay slowly with caution. Seeing J.Jay sitting on the floor stunned and listless, Trap Master decided to make the first move.

Jumping forward, he gave a kick at J.Jay’s face. Nothing happened. J.Jay just sat there while Trap Master pounded away on him.

“What the--? This is going to be soo easy!” Trap Master cried out in surprise and arrogance.

“Careful Narcius, you don’t know what he may be planning…” Mode Master said.

“Look at him Kirielle! He is just another dumb punching bag!” Trap Master continued pounding away.

Psycho Master merely stood by assessing the situation. J.Jay’s reaction puzzled him greatly and he could not shake off an uneasy feeling within him. Thinking hard for a moment, he called out to Trap Master.

“Narcius, what was that woman wearing when she fought you?”

“Huh? I already told you, dressed all in black.” Trap Master called back.

“Think harder, though thinking has never been your forte, she must had been wearing something else.” Psycho Master said irritatedly.

Thinking for a moment, Trap Master shouted.

“Oh yeah! She was also wearing some gold bracelet thingy consisting of 2 rings!”

“2 rings…Gold bracelet…” Psycho Master was in deep thought… Then suddenly…

“Oh No!! Narcius! Kirielle! Forget the boy! Our Lord is in danger!”

“What!?” Trap Master and Mode Master exclaimed.

“That Burstinatrix, she IS the Sorceress! She plans to team up with that Dragon Boy to defeat our Lord!” Psycho Master turned to his Master’s direction. Trap Master and Mode Master did the same.

However before they could move, they felt a huge energy surge behind them and turned around. J.Jay was standing there in a blaze of gold energy.

“I need to speak to her! And you are not getting in my way!” he screamed at them.

Without wasting time, Psycho Master fired a psychic blast at J.Jay which seemingly bounced harmlessly off him. Then J.Jay was gone. The 3 Masters scanned the immediate area anxiously but could not locate him.

Suddenly, Trap Master felt flat on his face as something smashed onto the back of his head. Whipping around, he saw J.Jay standing right behind him cracking his fists.

“Before I forget…It’s pay back time!!” he shouted as he started bashing Trap Master like some crazed brawler.

“Narcius!!” Mode Master screamed as she changed her form and turned into Elisandro.

Raising her fingers, she fired a Death Star Beam right at J.Jay. Without even looking up, the sign of Aries appeared and the all too familiar transparent wall appeared and reflected the attack back at Mode Master.

In a flash, Psycho Master had teleported in front of Mode Master and erected his own psychic barrier and dissipated the energy of the beam.

“Careful Kirielle, he has beaten Elisandro before and he is even stronger now!” Psycho Master chided.

“I know, but Narcius…!” Mode Master argued

“I am on it already!” Psycho Master concentrated and lifted J.Jay high into the air.

“Now! Kirielle!” he shouted.

Quickly, Mode Master then changed into another man that J.Jay had never seen before and before his very eyes, grew to the size of a tree and smacked him real hard with a fist. Slamming onto the floor, J.Jay tried to recover but his legs could not move.

Taking the chance, Mode Master slammed into J.Jay several more times before finally gripping J.Jay’s legs and threw him onto a wall.

Gasping for air, J.Jay tried to run as he saw Mode Master charging towards him again in an attempt to crush him once and for all. Shit, he thought, My legs cant move! But my upper body can. Only way to handle this is to use…..

Markings started appearing on J.Jay’s body as he started to glow gold.

“Whatever you are up too, its too late!!!!” Mode Master screamed.

Keeping silent, J.Jay merely crossed his arms and closed his eyes. Just as Mode Master was about to crush him and had come within arms length, J.Jay snapped his eyes open and flung his arms out and an energy wave in the shape of a giant bull appeared.

“Great Horn!!!” he shouted as the energy wave smashed into Mode Master and sent her flying through the air.

Just before she touched the ground, Mode Master had fallen unconscious, changing back to her real form.

“Kirielle!!” Psycho Master shouted, losing focus for a moment.

Just as Psycho Master got distracted, J.Jay found that he could move again. Knowing that he might not get another chance like this again, he attempted an attack at Psycho Master. Sensing danger behind him, Psycho Master quickly turned around and froze J.Jay in place again just as J.Jay raised his finger at him.

“Shit!! You F!@king coward! Face me without that lame technique of yours!” J.Jay cursed.

Walking up to J.Jay, Psycho Master gave J.Jay a tight slap to the face. Face turning red in humiliation and the spot on his cheek burning, J.Jay stared at Psycho Master, as if hoping he could kill on sight.

Unnerved by such sharpness in the eyes of a youngster, Psycho Master rewarded J.Jay with several more slaps.

“Time to finish you off boy…” Psycho Master said as he made a crushing action with his fist. J.Jay could feel something crushing him and soon he was turning purple.

“Not if I finish you off first 3-tailed pig!!” J.Jay shouted with his final breath and as Psycho Master finally clenched his fist, his own face turned pale.

Looking down on his body, all Psycho Master saw was a tiny red wound but the pain was almost unbearable. Looking back at J.Jay’s face, he saw another constellation sign. Before he could say anything, J.Jay replied.

“Scorpio, I put my finger up on purpose cause I knew I might get caught again.”

Silently, Psycho Master cursed his own carelessness.

“You have only gotten a taste of Scarlet Needle, there are still 13 more to go.” J.Jay said as his outstretched fingernail grew to form what looked like a crimson sting on a scorpion.

Before Psycho Master could react, he felt another prick followed by an excruciating pain much worst than the first one. With that much pain, he lost his hold on J.Jay. Psycho Master had lost this fight.

“10 more….” J.Jay counted as he fired 2 more shots at Psycho Master.

Letting out a blood curdling scream, Psycho Master fell unconscious on the floor.

“Tch, only four shots and he already cannot take it. Cant blame him though, with each shot, the pain increases and its even more unbearable if fired in succession.” J.Jay commented as he turned in Doll Master’s direction and started running as fast as his exhausted body could take him.

“I want answers and YOU are going to give it to me!” he growled to himself.

The Celestial Zone.21 Fan Fic Chpt 10: The Masters and.....Why are you here!?

Blogger's Notes: Yay!!! It's Chpt 10 already. Hurray to me!! Eh-hem, pardon me, I am going abit nuts now. School is starting soon and that means I may not be able to update as regularly as I would like. Just thinking about it is driving me crazy! But that's enough of me. The important things in the chapter now. The mysterious ESPer who joined the grp of what-is Masters is about to make her first actual appearance. Has anyone guessed who she is? A few of my frens guessed Mayana or Bao-er but they are all wrong! Hee hee, read on to find out.

Staring through their binoculars, Doll Master saw the 2 friends walking home. Turning his head, he saw the same look of surprise on the female and the other person with 3 pony-tails.

"What the hell is Narcius doing!? I gave him the order to finish them off!" Doll Master bellowed.

"What should we do now, Doll Master?" the female asked.

"Kirielle, I want you to go and bring Narcius back immediately!" Doll Master ordered.

"As you wish my lord." Kirielle answered, bowing before she turn and left the roof.

"What now, Doll Master? Should I finish them off?" the man with the pony-tails asked.

"No! Do not be rash, for all we know, Narcius was probably defeated by them. We will watch for now." Doll master cautioned.

Nodding his head, the man turned back to watch the 2 friends as the entered their apartment. Outside, The Sorceress looked down at the unconscious Trap Master and gave a start as she sensed another ESPer approaching.

With a flick of her wrist, she extinguished the last of the flames crackling around the area and quickly left the scene, confident that she had not left any tracks. A minute later Kirielle appeared looking around for Narcius.

When she saw him lying on the floor, she quickly ran to his side. Finding him alive, she gave a great sigh of relief and tried to call to him while shaking his body.

"Narcius, Narcius!! Wake up!! Get up, you Porcupine Head!!" Kirielle screamed at him. Seeing Narcius's head twitch at the mention of porcupine head, Kirielle went on:

"Wake Porcupine Head! Porcupine Head~~ Oh Porcu--"

Narcius jumped awake in a blaze of fury

"I TOLD YOU, STOP CALLING ME POR-CU-PINE HEAD!!!!!!!!" he roared and suddenly stopped.

Looking at Kirielle in surprise, he said:

"Kirielle, what are you doing here? Where is that bitch!?"

Eyes narrowed, Kirielle asked:

"What bitch? There is no other woman here but me."

"There was this bitch who beat the snort outta me. She was protecting those 2 losers." Narcius explained.

"I see. We'd better get you back and tell this to our master." Kirielle said, offering a hand to Narcius which he accepted willingly.

Back on the roof top when Narcius had returned, Doll Master was deep in thought as he brought in this new and unexpected factor into the scenario.

"Indeed, this sorceress who prove difficult to handle if we do not stop her." Doll Master comment.

"Allow me to try and find her whereabouts my lord, then we will crush her with our combined strength!" the man with the 3 pony-tails said.

"Very well, Darwyn. But remember, only seek her location, do not engage." Doll Master consented.

Bowing, Darwyn disappeared in a flash. Turning around, Doll Master inspected Narcius's wounds.

"You were careless Narcius. Falling into your own trap and letting your opponent make a fool of you." Doll Master said.

Wincing in embarrassment, Narcius replied:

"Forgive me my lord. It will not happen again, I promise!"

"See that it won't. I expect nothing less from you Narcius, or any of you for that matter." Doll Master said.

"Yes, my lord!!" Kirielle and Narcius replied.

Moments after he had disappeared from the rooftop, Darwyn appeared at the scene of the fight. Inspecting the nearby vicinity for any clues, Darwyn concluded that this person is extremely cautious. She had not left a single trace of evidence that could give her away.

Smiling to himself, Darwyn close his eyes. Just because there are no tracks, does not mean that there is no way to track a person. Especially when the person being tracked is an ESPer. Concentrating hard, Darwyn constructed a field of psychic energy around the area.

To the naked eye, nothing has changed. However, to Darwyn, any residue of ESP would be separated to colors and visible to him. Scanning around, Darwyn saw the familiar trail of Narcius's ESP and finally, that of the sorceress.

Although Darwyn had picked up the trail of ESP, it stops abruptly as it leaves the area. Clever woman, Darwyn thought to himself, but I am not out of tricks yet. Closing his eyes again, Darwyn started to glow.

After a few minutes of silence, Darwyn opened his eyes and teleported from the scene. In a flash, he appeared before the rest. Standing up after tending to Narcius's wounds, Doll Master turned to face him.

"Well?" he asked.

"I am sorry my lord. This woman is very cautious and had wiped out what ever traces I could find." Darwyn apologised. Doll Master remained silent, knowing that Darwyn had more to report.

"However, I was able to attune myself to the frequency of her ESP. Now as long as she is using her powers or even exuding any hint of ESP, I should be able to track her down." Darwyn finshed.

"Well done Darwyn. Now we must rest and be fresh for the morn." Doll Master said.

Slowly, one by one, they fell into slumber...

The next day, J.Jay woke up early and decided to take an early morning jog through the park. Changing into his running gear, he left the sleeping Ryu behind and started running. As he was running by the area they were training at just the night before, he stopped in surprise.

All around the area was evidence of a fight. Not just any fight, but that between ESPers. Examining the area, he concluded that the fight occurred just recently, probably after they had left. Thinking fast, J.Jay decided to cut short his jog and return home.

Just as he got back, Ryu appeared from the kitchen.

"Just nice, breakfast is almost done." he said.

"Quickly finish it. We may have a problem." J.Jay quickly replied.

Seeing J.Jay so serious, Ryu quickly finished what he was doing and came out.

"What's up? You look like you have seen a ghost." he asked.

"I think we are being watched." J.Jay said.

"What!? Are you sure?" Ryu exclaimed.

"There were signs of an ESP fight where we were last night. Probably just after we had left." J.Jay said.

"So, maybe its just 2 other ESPers duking it out...but you may have a point. We might really be being watched." Ryu tried to argue back but found nothing to say.

"I think we had better move in a pair from now on. Here, let me give you the details." J.Jay told Ryu after thinking for a moment.

From then on, they started moving in pairs. Not too close but not too far either, just enough for each other to rush and help the other person in need. Unknown to them, their watchers were far more experience in tracking.

"Well, one of them must be a rather perceptive. They have already discovered our stake out." Doll Master commented, rather amused.

"However, I do not believe that they know that we have numbers by our side." Darwyn said.

"Yes, but as the situation goes.....Narcius, how are your wounds?" Doll Master asked.

"Gimme 1 more day my lord. I will be fine then." Narcius answered, flexing his body abit to test his wounds.

"Very well, let us strategize how to surround them." Doll Master said.

"You haven't forgotten about me have you?" a voice called from the roof entrance.

"Ah, there you are. Burstinatrix, you have arrived just at the right moment. Please, join our planning meet." Doll Master invited.

"Of course I will, after all, Tai Yi did send me to assist." Burstinatrix haughtily replied.

"What!? Why do we need some bitch who does nothing to join our planning!?" Narcius cried out in horror.

"Well, Porcupine-Head, I believe I am stronger than you." Burstinatrix replied.

"Why you...Don't you call me Por--" Narcius began when he was interrupted by Doll Master who grew what looked like wings and exuded a great wave of ESP that practically silenced the entire roof. Everyone, even Burstinatrix looked taken back.

"CAN WE PLEASE BEGIN AND STOP THIS NONSENSE.....?" Doll Master said in an ominously low voice.

When he was met with silence, he nodded and started to explain what he had planned.

The very next day, as J.Jay and Ryu were returning home from NYP, he felt someone following him. Sending a signal to Ryu who in turn sent him a similar signal, J.Jay pick up his pace and moved swiftly to an area with as few obstacles as possible.

Knowing that his opponent or opponents were one step ahead of him, he tried to make use of the terrain by moving to an area where they could not easily corner him. Therefore, he opted for a wide open field that was deserted at the moment.

There he waited for his adversary to arrive. Looking around, he found that he was up against not 1, not 2 but 4 different ESPers. To make matters worse, he could sense that they had 'A' if not high class 'B' level powers.

"You should have joined 'Hermes' when they offered to you boy." Doll Master said.

"And you are.....?" J.Jay said, trying to stall for time while waiting for Ryu to arrive for their surprise attack on the group.

"Stalling for time boy? No matter, I am Doll Master, and these are my subordinates, Psycho Master, Mode Master and Trap Master." Doll Master casually replied, not particularly worried that J.Jay may have something up his sleeve.

Realizing that this opponent is too tough, J.Jay tried to send a signal to Ryu to inform him to stay away from the area when there was an explosion and a loud bang from behind his enemies. Ryu was seen soaring through the air and another person was following him.

Using the Faculty of Channels to aid him, J.Jay leaped through the air and caught Ryu. Landing on the ground, Ryu quickly shook his head to clear it and scanned the area.

"Oh.....Shit." he said.

"I know...Looks like its gonna be tough to fight our way through." J.Jay nodded.

"Well done Burstinatrix. Quite impressive, leading the boy to Trap Master's traps and then adding your own attack to it." Doll Master congratulated.

The mysterious attacker stood closer and J.Jay got a better view of the person. She was wearing a black coat with a hood that covered her face, boot heels and riding gloves.

"Of course, neither I or you would expect any less." she said.

J.Jay's eyes widen in horror. There is no way, he thought, No way it is her... Then he looked at Burstinatrix's right wrist. There, resting nicely on her wrist was a bracelet with 2 golden rings on them. J.Jay felt his knees grow weak and give way.

".....Damn it you, you...Why the Hell are you here....!?" J.Jay screamed at Burstinatrix.
